The Military Intelligence Corps Band can be seen on the parade fields of military posts throughout the American Southwest and is heavily utilized during the summer change of command season. The Ceremonial Band supports military and patriotic functions in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Nevada and wherever else we are requested to play. Our goal is to support our local and surrounding communities through musical outreach and telling the Army story.
 
Cannonball Combo
Cannonball Combo
Named after Jazz musician and former Soldier Julian "Cannonball" Adderly. Cannonball Combo is the jazz team for the MI Corps Band. In addition to traditional jazz, this ensemble creates its own arrangements of current hits from all genres. Cannonball Combo performs concerts in a variety of venues from schools and festivals to military balls and receptions.

Cochise County Outlaws
Cochise County Outlaws (CCO) are the popular music team of the MI Corps Band. Their enormous repertoire allows them to engage audiences of all ages, and perform in venues small and large. CCO makes Soldiers and Civilians alike proud of their Army and community. These talented Soldier/musicians assist with Army recruiting though fun and engaging performances at high schools and colleges.
 
Crosswinds
Crosswinds
Crosswinds is a unique woodwind chamber ensemble of the MI Corps Band. This team of highly skilled musicians can perform a variety of missions, but are best suited to intimate (small) events like: graduation ceremonies, special observances/celebrations, and master classes/performances from the elementary to collegiate level. Crosswinds are committed to sharing the Army story with the public and the military community through high quality musical performances wherever they perform.
 
Frontier Brass
Frontier Brass
Frontier Brass is composed of brass and percussion from the MI Corps Band. This ensemble performs music anywhere from pop and movie themes to traditional military ceremonial styles. They can accommodate venues from medium to large with or without PA sound support. Frontier Brass is a team of Army professionals whose music can fit into almost any type of event.
 
MI 5
MI 5 Band Photo
Our Brass Quintet, MI 5, is one of the most requested and most utilized Music Performance Teams from the MI Corps Band. With MI 5’s diverse repertoire – music from Bach, Gabrieli and Mozart, marches of John Philip Sousa and Henry Fillmore, jazz standards of Ellington and Gershwin, and popular music of Queen and Lady Gaga, they are comfortable playing in a wide variety of venues including military ceremonies, receptions, concert halls, and school performances.
