Mission Statement: The Administrative Services Branch (ASB) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principle US Army Garrison (USAG), Fort Huachuca advisor for records management and printing, publications, and forms management.

ASB’s areas of responsibility include:

Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act: Send requests for Fort Huachuca contracts to the US Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West. The Army FOIA Web Page is at https://www.rmda.army.mil/organization/foia.shtml. FOIA procedures are explained in “A Citizen’s Guide to Requesting Army Records Under the Freedom of Information Act” which is on the web site. The Army Privacy Web Page is at https://www.rmda.army.mil/programs/privacy.shtml.

Records Management: Provide assistance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), maintain Records Holding Area, office symbol (USAG only) and distribution formula services, correspondence management, staff directory, Vital Records program, and management information control. The ARIMS website (includes on-line training) is https://www.arims.army.mil/.

Publications and Forms Management Officer: We publish Fort Huachuca (FH) publications and forms in electronic format. FH forms are in PureEdge format (we cannot convert DD or DA forms). We approve publications and forms accounts for forwarding to the US Army Publishing Directorate. The web site for Army Publications and Forms is http://www.apd.army.mil/. The ordering system is at https://dol.hqda.pentagon.mil/ptclick/index.aspx. Fort Huachuca does not have a publications and forms warehouse.

Printing Management: We arrange for local printing services through the Government Printing Office (GPO). Customers complete a form and pay for services with a Government purchase card. NOTE: There is a 7% charge as well as a $7.50 charge added to your order that goes to the GPO in San Diego CA for processing charges. The amount will be then be rounded up to the next dollar.
